Excaliber Security Services LLC is a Dallas, Texas based security consulting and training company founded to "bring sanity and affordability to security." We provide sophisticated security management support and training services in a unique and budget friendly outsourced business model. Our clients are primarily mid sized corporations, schools, colleges, universities, and churches that don't have the budget for a full time security director, and large corporations that  need assistance with specialized areas like workplace violence prevention and management, or who want to complete specific projects that their full time staff doesn't have the bandwidth to handle without adding headcount.

Our product is the application of our extensive knowledge and experience in law enforcement, educational and corporate security issues and operations, and emergency planning and management to our clients' interests. We know what works in the real world and what doesn't. Our well grounded guidance and support consistently delivers clear analysis of needs, cost effective solutions, and accurately forecast real world results.

Our company is truly vendor agnostic. We don't sell any security systems, devices, or guard services, and we assist our clients in obtaining tightly controlled competitive bids for major purchases from multiple qualified providers whenever possible.

Our service offerings include security assessments and audits, problem solving, integrated security system design, emergency planning, policy / procedure development, guard service selection, management, and optimization, and training.
